3 recipes for a healthy breakfast

There is no reason to skip breakfast. In just 10 minutes, you can create the most tasty and healthy snacks for the early hours of the day. Breakfast is meant to provide energy for the day,that`s why it should contain whole grains, fruits, foods rich in calcium, vitamins and minerals.

Yogurt with oats and forest fruits

300 gr Greek yogourt
4 tablespoon  rolled oats
2 ripe banana
forest fruits

Place all ingredients into a blender until smooth.
This recipe is sweet enough, slightly sour, rich in fiber and protein.

Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal

1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
maple syrup, honey or banana

Soak rolled oats in hot milk for 15 minutes, then add the other ingredients.

Chia pudding

4 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 banana or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
150 ml unsweetened milk
You can add nuts and seeds of your choice.

Combine all ingredients, except the banana, in a mason jar and stir well. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning add the banana.
